To construct a single family residence with associated site improvements within the buffer zone to a wetland.

Proposes to redevelop the storage building associated with the former Dennison Manufacturing Building at 177 Maple St. near a small stream.  The construction will include the demolition and construction of a new retail building with associated parking and utilities.

Proposes to correct an erosion problem at the stormwater outfall from the facility which drains into a wetland next to the eastern entrance of DiCenzo Blvd.
