Proposes to install a retaining wall and regrade his yard next to wetlands.

7:10            Request for Determination of Applicability
135 Spoonhill Ave. – Michael McGrail
Proposes to connect to the city’s water and sewer next to wetlands.

7:15            Notice of Intent (Cont. of Public Hearing)              
3 Red Spring Rd. - The Intercolonial Club of Marlborough
Proposes to move the existing beach area from the south side to the north side of their property on Ft. Meadow Reservoir.

177 Maple St. – 175 Maple St. L.L.C.
Proposes to redevelop the storage building associated with the former Dennison Manufacturing Building at 177 Maple St. near a small stream.  The construction will include the demolition and construction of a new retail building with associated parking and utilities.

Proposes to construct a gravel emergency access road between Framingham Road and the parking lot.~Work is proposed near wetlands.
