The City of Marlborough DPW proposes to install a sidewalk along Hemenway St. from Wilson St. to Langelier Ln. on the south side. Some work is near wetlands.
7:05 Notice of Intent (Continuation of Public Hearing)
240 Hemenway St. - Church of Jesus Christ Latter Day Saints
Proposes to create additional parking with stormwater controls at the rear of the property within 100 ft. of a bordering vegetated wetland.
7:10 Notice of Intent (Continuation of Public Hearing)
46 Felton St. - Laerte Torres
Proposes to abandon an existing septic system and connection to city sewer on Felton St. via a pump chamber and forcemain. Work is proposed within the 100 ft. buffer zone to a wetland.
