Commencement – Chairman Ryder called the meeting to order at 5:05 p.m. and explained the meeting procedure.

Presubmission Hearing – Amber Rose Boutique and Day Spa – 368 Front Street c/o Pany Lawson Steve Grima introduced himself as the representative for Pany Lawson and submitted a site plan for 368 Front Street.  He explained that there will be no alterations to the building or parking lot other than painting and landscaping.  He explained that 200 square feet will be separate office with a separate entrance – 710 square feet upstairs will be spa services ant the 600 square feet downstairs will be for retail use.  Pany Lawson explained that she would have a spa upstairs and retail services with some clothing and jewelry downstairs.

It was asked by Chairman Ryder how many employees would be working for Ms. Lawson.  Mr. Grima stated that there is one other employee other than Ms. Lawson.

It was determined by the board that a special permit for retail and a minor site plan review would be needed.

A motion was made by Member Napoli to waive environmental and storm water review and was seconded by Member Gonsalves.

ANR PLAN – 468 Point Road – Moore Marion Trust II c/o Sitec, Inc.
Chairman Ryder explained that has been postponed to Monday, July 19, 2010 at 8:15




Old/New Business

Discussion – Comments to the ZBA regarding Gerald and Karen Thornell – Special Permit, 105 Front Street

Motion was made by Member Napoli to support the Board of Assessors and their suggestion that the applicants permanently removing the property lines by recording a plan signed by the Marion Planning Board and filed with the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds, seconded by Member Gonsalves.
Vote: 5-0-0

Discussion – Appointment of Community Preservation Committee Member – It was determined that the board wait to vote on the appointment, to see if Vice-Chairman Magauran would want to stay in the position.
Motion was made by Member Napoli to table until July 19 meeting, seconded by Member Gonsalves.
VOTE: 5-0-0

Approval of Minutes
Motion was made by Member Gonsalves to approve the May 24 minutes, seconded by Member Napoli.
VOTE: 5-0-0

Motion was made by Member Napoli to approve the minutes for June 7, seconded by Member Gonsalves.
Vote: 5-0-0

Approval of Bills
Motion was made by Member Napoli to approve bill from Field Engineering Co. for in house meeting regarding 406 Wareham Street, Cumberland Farms, seconded by Member Gonsalves.
Vote: 5-0-0

Motion to Adjourn made by Member Gonsalves seconded by Member Sweeney at 5:35.
