Continued Public Hearing – Revisions to Stormwater Requirements Contained in the Subdivision Rules & Regulations
Board members reviewed the final revision submitted by Mr. Motta.
Member Magauran voiced concern that the final version seemed less understandable and also that property owners might not know when their rights are being abrogated and won’t find out until they begin a project.
After discussion it was agreed that the hearing will be continued to the April 28 meeting, copies of the revisions will be sent to local engineers as a courtesy, and Mr. Motta and the engineers will be invited to the April 28 meeting to discuss the revisions before the Board.
Moved by Member Magauran and seconded by Member Crowley to continue the public hearing to April 28 at 8:15 p.m. VOTE: 7-0-0
