4:45 P.M. Variance application requested by Wayne Bellemare, Jr. pertaining to property located at 25 Abel’s Way, Lot 2m Map 17.
The requested variance is from:
§ Title V, Sections 15.104; Percolation Testing & Section-design based on sieve analysis. Section 15.405; a reduction in high groundwater table from 5’ to 4’- a waiver second deep observation hole and reduction of the leach field from property line of the public way from 10’ to 6’.
§ Marion Board of Health Regulation Variance Request of the required 400gpd to 362 gpd due to limited area available on site for proposed system.
