12.     Application #14A-2012, BARBARA WEISS & ALAN EISENBERG, 705 The Parkway (Section 4, Block 74, Lot 3B), for an area variance of Article V Section 342-27 of the Schedule of Minimum Requirements to legalize an existing rear shed where the applicant has 5.5 feet for the lesser side setback and ten feet is required and where the rear yard setback is 1.15 feet and 6 feet is required.  (R-10 District)
