PLEASE BE ADVISED, that the next Regular Meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of
Mamaroneck is scheduled for WEDNESDAY, JULY 11, 2012 at 7:00 P.M. in the Courtroom in
Village Hall, 169 Mt. Pleasant Ave., entrance located on Prospect Avenue, in the Village of Mamaroneck.
- APPROVAL OF MINUTES
- 640 EAST BOSTON POST ROAD-HARBOR STEAKHOUSE- Amend site plan to expand
outdoor dining.
- 124 E. PROSPECT AVE. – Change of use – Retail/Residential to Business/Residential
- 543 HALSTEAD AVE. – Change of use –Proposed dry cleaner, drop-off and pick-up.
PUBLIC HEARINGS: WETLANDS
- 1131 EAST BOSTON POST ROAD- -Stephen Kearney- Wetlands and Special Permit to
install outdoor steps to side yard.
- 1050 NAUTILUS LANE- Stuart Gilbert –Repair concrete pier footings and walk way.
