PLEASE BE ADVISED, that the next Regular Meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of Mamaroneck is scheduled for THURSDAY, DECEMBER 10, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. in the Courtroom in Village Hall, 169 Mt. Pleasant Ave., entrance located on Prospect Avenue, in the Village of Mamaroneck.
OLD BUSINESS:
1. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
2. 416 WAVERLY AVE. (M-1 Manufacturing District)-Proposed construction of a self-storage facility and cabinet making shop. Site Plan Review.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. PUBLIC HEARING:
1000 TAYLORS LANE (R-15 District) Subdivision of existing lot with house to be subdivided into three lots.
2. 1600 HARRISON AVE. (R-5 District) Co-locate wireless telecommunications facility on roof of
building. Set Public Hearing date.
