PLEASE ~BE ADVISED, that the next Regular Meeting of the Planning Board of the Village of ~Mamaroneck is scheduled for THURSDAY, OCTOBER 22, ~2009 at 7:00 P.M. in the Courtroom in Village Hall, 169 Mt. Pleasant Ave., entrance located on Prospect Avenue, in the Village of Mamaroneck.

2.~~~~~~~~~~~ 613 WAVERLY AVE.- DCH ~MAMARONECK LLC -Renewal of~ permit for an additional 18 months to formulate with landlord~ the type of building to be constructed on site.

3.~~~~~~~~~~~ 700 WAVERLY AVE. –DCH MAMARONECK LLC - Request extension of time to commence construction previously approved at May 8, 2008 meeting to on, or before June 1, 2010.
