A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE HARBOR & COASTAL ZONE MANAGEMENT COMMISSION WILL BE HELD ON
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 2, 2010 AT 6:00 P.M. AT THE PAVILION BUILDING AT HARBOR ISLAND PARK. THIS
MEETING WILL INCLUDE:
- Continuation of the Wetlands Permit Application and Site Plan Review for Mamaroneck Beach & Yacht Club. Beginning at 6 p.m.
- Continuation of John H. Lese Application – 208 West Boston Post Road – Construction of five (5) unit affordable housing building. Beginning at 7:30 p.m.
- Continuation of Joan Sansone Application – 895 Port Drive – Replace destroyed 4’ x 116’ pier, reinstall ramp and floating docks and install anchor pilings. Immediately following Lese Application
