2. New Waverly Avenue Associates – 441, 442, 524, 532 Waverly Avenue – Demolition of Existing Buildings and parking garage, renovation to one existing building, construction of parking lot.
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Vincent Monte-Santo – 652 Shore Acres Drive – Installation of a replacement float.
2. Shore Acres Point Corporation – 504 The Parkway – Perimeter Permit and Seawall Maintenance – Daniel S. Natchez and Associates
3. Robert Leaf – 1120 Greacen Point Road – Use biodegradable logs and Spartina plantings to stabilize erosion – James Sanok – Sanok Design Group @ 72 Main Street, Brewster NY 10509.
