2. AW Oakwood LLC/Andrew Weiss 803 Oakwood Road – Relocation of an aluminum ramp, timber floating dock and modification and relocation of a timber floating dock. (New Material Received)
3. Evans Associates – Richard & Caroline Alter – 1000 Taylors Lane – Evans Associates Environmental Consulting, Inc. – Development of a 3-lot subdivision. One of the proposed lots contains an existing single family residence. (Tabled – No new material received)
NEW BUSINESS:
1. Mr. & Mrs. Calousdian – 522 The Parkway – MSC Group Architects & Planning - Construction of covered porch and two car garage
2. New Waverly Avenue Associates, LLC & 306 Fayette Avenue Realty – 441, 442, 524, 532 Waverly Avenue – Demolition of existing building and parking garage and construction of at-grade parking lot. One existing 2-story office/maintenance building to remain.
