I hereby refer the following projects for your review at the next Board of Architectural Review meeting on Thursday September 20, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Courtroom located in Village Hall, 169 Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Mamaroneck, New York 10543



OLD BUSINESS:

1.     951 ORIENTA AVENUE – GARAGE AND ADDITION
      APPLICANT:  RICK YESTADT - ARCHITECT


NEW BUSINESS:


1.    1005 NAUTILUS LANE – 2ND STORY ADDITION & SCREENED PORCH   
       APPLICANT:  DAN NATCHEZ - AGENT

2.    181 EAST BOSTON POST ROAD – FAÇADE SIGN    
      APPLICANT:  WILLIAM BISHOP – BUSINESS OWNER

3     131 HALSTEAD AVENUE – FAÇADE SIGN
     APPLICANT:  AMSO SIGNS
     NOTE FROM BUILDING INSPECTOR:  Signage is not allowed more than 3
      colors, however Section 286-10 C allows for a subordinate logo, design or
     illustrative element.
    

4.     611 ORIENTA AVENUE – REVISED WINDOWS & DRIVEWAY       
        APPLICANT:  VINCENT FAZIO – ARCHITECT


5.     816 EAST BOSTON POST ROAD – FAÇADE SIGNS
       APPLICANT:  ZVI RICHMAN – BUSINESS OWNER
       NOTE FROM BUILDING INSPECTOR:  Needs length of
       building frontage for main sign and accessory sign is too large
       
                                         

Applicants must place a notification sign on the property and return a Proof of Service Affidavit to the Building Department prior to the meeting or the application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.

NOTE:  Any application that must return to the next meeting must be submitted to
the Building Department no later than September 21st,  2012 to be placed on the next agenda.
