I hereby refer the following projects for your review at the next Board of Architectural Review meeting on Thursday June 21, 2012 at 7:30 p.m. in the Courtroom located in Village Hall, 169 Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Mamaroneck, New York 10543

OLD BUSINESS:

1.    1016 ORIENTA AVENUE – SOLAR PANELS ON ROOF & DRIVEWAY
      APPLICANT:  VANGUARD ENERGY

NEW BUSINESS

1.    640 EAST BOSTON POST ROAD – FAÇADE SIGN
      APPLICANT:  KAM FAI CHENG – BUSINESS OWNER
      NOTE:  This application is for Boston Post Road sign only

2.    ONE STATION PLAZA – 3 SIGNS
      APPLICANT:  BRIAN MCMENAMIN – BUSINESS OWNER
      NOTE:  WILL BE GOING TO ZONING FOR APPROVAL FOR MORE
      THAN ONE SIGN

3.    425 MT. PLEASANT AVENUE – WINDOW SIGNS

    APPLICANT:  ROOF DIAGNOSTICS – CONTRACTOR

     NOTE:  THE 2 PROJECTS BELOW MAY NOT BE HEARD DUE TO
      ZONING ISSUES

5.   1065 NINE ACRES LANE – ENCLOSE PORCH, DECK & SLIDING DOORS
     APPLICANT:  MANUEL DELGADO – ARCHITECT

6.   370 ORIENTA AVENUE – ADDITION
     APPLICANT:  WILLIAM WITT - ARCHITECT
         

                       

Applicants must place a notification sign on the property and return a Proof of Service Affidavit to the Building Department prior to the meeting or the application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting

Applicants must bring photographs of the subject premises and adjacent properties to the Building Department at the time of submission.  If not received, your application will not be heard by the Board at this meeting.

Please inform the Building Department 48 hours prior to the meeting if you are unable to be in attendance.

NOTE:  Any application that must return to the next meeting must be submitted to
the Building Department no later than June 22, 2012 to be placed on the next agenda.
