Executive Session – Executive Session to discuss confidential matters
regarding personnel, collective bargaining and negotiations, and matters that are the subject of ongoing litigation.

1. Red Oak Consulting – additional charges for reviewing all Village of Mamaroneck collection routes

3. Review of The High Road contract for 2011 Street Fair.
4. Utility billing audit for refund of over-charges (mainly gas and electric utilities)
5. Small Claims Assessment Review Stipulation of Settlements
6. Discussion of Tree Committee’s recommended guidelines
7. License Agreement request for the Library, to accommodate for the retaining wall supporting the front stairs, which was built onto Village property along Prospect Avenue by sixteen inches.
8. Draft proposed local law, and licensing fee resolution, for the hearing in December on licensing of dogs and collecting license fees, pursuant to changes in State Law where in the State does not administer the process or receive the funds anymore.
