1.  Fire Department request for discussion regarding purchase of a replacement Ladder Truck for Ladder 21
2.           Executive Session - Executive Session to discuss confidential matters regarding personnel, collective bargaining and negotiations, and matters that are the subject of ongoing litigation.
3.           Traffic Issues
a.         Request from Traffic Commission for No Left turn into car wash for vehicles traveling east on Halstead Avenue
b.         No Parking 20 feet either side of driveway at 625 Waverly Avenue, to accommodate truck traffic in and out of 628 Waverly Avenue
c.         No Parking on the north side (Harbor side) of The Crescent
d.         Residents of So. Barry Avenue request for stop sign or speed hump toaddress speeding problem
e.         Discussion of revocation of pedestrian exclusive phase on Barry Avenueand Boston Post Road
4.           Discussion regarding establishing a plan for the potential future use/reuse/sale of Old Hook & Ladder Firehouse
