Palmer Lane, Pleasantville, NY.  Proposed second floor addition above
a two-car garage.  Previous variances granted for garage (9.3 ft. side
yard and 9.l3 ft. sum of both side yards.)  Variance is subject to
Planning Board approval of change in lot line.  (R-40 Zone).

Section 117.17, Block 1, Lot 2 & 84.  West side of Bradhurst Avenue, 730
feet of the corner of Grasslands Road (Route 100C), Valhalla, NY.  
Modification of existing Special Use Permit in order to construct a
new 55,904 square feet, two-story addition and to reconfigure and
increase the parking spaces from 335 to 352 (+17 spaces) for the
Blythedale Children’s Hospital.  The following variances are
required: (1) the lot coverage permitted for this zone is 20 percent and
21.03 percent is proposed, therefore a 1.03 percent lot coverage
variance is needed.  (2) The proposed addition will not comply with
the required 200 feet rear yard setback, but will be set back 20 feet
which is in line with the existing building and will require a 180 feet

variance.   (R-20 Zone).

Taconic State Parkway, Valhalla, NY.  Proposed construction of a new
warehouse/storage facility with administrative offices.  (1)Violation of
side yard setback has 0 feet and 25 feet is required, therefore a 25 foot
variance is needed.  (2)Violation of rear yard setback has 2.27 feet and
30 feet is required, therefore a 27.73 feet variance is needed.  (Requires
Planning Board approval). (M2-Zone).

26.11 feet and 30 feet is required, therefore a 3.89 feet variance is
needed.  (2)Violation of lot coverage, has 20.0019 percent and 20
percent is required, therefore a .0019 percent variance is needed.  (R-Zone).
