121 feet of the corner of Whittier Drive, Thornwood, NY.  Proposed
demolition of existing dwelling and construction of a 2-1/2 story one-
family dwelling. Violation of mean width, has 133 feet and 150 feet is
required, therefore a 17 feet variance is needed. R-40 Zone.

single-family residence.  (1)  Violation of side yard setback,  has 5.5
feet and 10 feet is required, therefore a 4.5 feet  variance is needed.  
(2)  Violation of the sum of both side yards, has 35.8% and 40% is
required, therefore a 4.2% (2.1 feet) variance is needed.  (3)  Violation
off lot width for the sum of both side yards, has 35.8% and 40% is
required, therefore a 4.2% (2.1 feet) variance is needed
(3)  Violation of lot coverage has 23.1% and 20% is required
therefore a 3.1% variance is needed.  R-10 Zone.
