106.11, Block 1, Lot 14.  Interpretation of Section 218-90B of the Mount
Pleasant Code in regard to parking not being permitted on the side or in
front of the subject property.  (M2-Zone).

of  a new  enclosed porch to a legal non-conforming parcel.  (1)
Violation of front yard setback, has 13.4 feet and 30 feet is required,
therefore a 16.6 foot variance is needed.  (2)  Violation of side yard
setback, has 4.9-l/2 feet and 10 feet is required, therefore a 5-l/2 feet  
variance is needed.  (R-10 Zone).

2.9% variance is needed.  (2) Violation of side yard setback has 9.8 feet and
