The Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on April 19th, 2012 at 7:30 PM at the Municipal Office Building at 1 High Street to consider the following items:
1) 7:30 Acceptance of the minutes from February 16, 2012. & March 15th, 2012
2) 7: 35 Elect Chair and Vice Chair
3) 7:40 Consider a petition for rehearing of the Stanhope decision to locate a farm stand/ garden center on his property at 60 Dartmouth College Hwy. (Tax map 401 Lot 17)
3) 8:00 Loch Lyme Lodge, Continuance of the hearing to expand the footprint of the Balsam Cabin on lot 20, Tax map 408 and to construct a new dwelling and accessory structure on lot 19, Tax map 408
