The Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on February 16th, 2011 at 7:30 PM at the Municipal Office Building at 1 High Street to consider the following items:
- 7:30 Accept Minutes
- 7:35 Upper Valley Land Trust, special exception under section 4.64 B 7 of the Lyme Zoning Ordinance to build a driveway and parking area on their property at 183 Dartmouth College Highway (Tax map 402 Lot 59)
- 8:05 Loch Lyme Lodge, Continuance of the hearing to expand the footprint of the Balsam Cabin on lot 20, Tax map 408 and to construct a new dwelling and accessory structure on lot 19, Tax map 408
