ZONING BOARD of ADJUSTMENT AGENDA
November 17th, 2011

The Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on November 17th, 2011at 7:30 PM at the Municipal Office Building at 1 High Street to consider the following items:

1)      7:30 pm- Acceptance of the minutes from October 20th , 2011

2)      7:35 pm -Peter and Janice Treadwell and Don Metz. Application for a special exception to build a single family dwelling on their property at 18 Horton Lane. (Tax map 408 Lot 47.2) The proposed building location is within the Hillside and Ridgeline Zoning District and therefore requires a special exception under section 4.66B of the Zoning Ordinance.(2011-ZB-83)

3)      8:05 pm - Jan-Roberta Tarjan. Application for a special exception under section 8.22 to build a wood shed within the road setback at 48 Isaac Perkins Road. (Tax map 409 Lot 69)  (2011-ZB-99)

4)      8:40 pm -John Stanhope. If required, a use variance to build a farm stand and greenhouse operation on the property at 60 Dartmouth College Highway (Tax map 401 Lot 17), and a variance to locate the septic system in the setback area. (2011-ZB-102)

5)      9:10 pm -Continuation of application for a variance from the Dowd’s Country Inn LLC. Requesting a variance under sections 5.14, 5.15 and 5.16 to construct a 1900 square foot (38’x 50’) addition to be used as a full service restaurant and a tavern on the property at 9 Main Street. (Tax map 201 Lot 75)(2011-ZB-79)


6)      9:40 pm - Loch Lyme Lodge. Application for a special exception to expand an existing building and construct an accessory structure on their property located at 60 Orford Road (Tax map 401 Lot 20) and an Application for a special exception to construct a new primary structure, detached accessory dwelling unit and accessory building at 59 Orford Road. (Tax Map 408 Lot 19)(2011-ZB-103)
