ZONING BOARD of ADJUSTMENT AGENDA
June 16th 2011

The Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on June 16th 2011 at 7:30 PM at the Municipal Office Building at 1 High Street to consider the following items:

Item 1) 7:30 pm Accept the minutes from May 19th 2011

Item 2) 7:35 pm Continuation of hearing for David Celone, from May 19th 2011

Item 3) 7:45 pm Continuation of hearing for Brett Ryan, from May 19th 2011

Item 4) 8:15pm Richard Wade.  Mr. Wade has applied to the Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment for a special exception under section 8.25, to add a 20’ X 20’ addition to the barn on his property at 172 Acorn Hill Road (Tax map 408 Lot 56). The addition would exceed the maximum building footprint allowed by the Zoning Ordinance.

Item 5) 8:45pm Jane Fant.  Ms. Fant has applied to the Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment for a special exception under section 8.25 of the Lyme Zoning Ordinance, to expand the footprint of her house at 73 Dorchester Road (Tax map 409 Lot 12.2). The structure will exceed the maximum building footprint allowed by the Zoning Ordinance.


Item 6) 9:15 pm Lyme Inn, Petsu, LLC d/b/a The Lyme Inn, at 1 Market Street (tax map 201 Lot 11) has applied to the Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment for a re-hearing on the decision by the Board on April 21st, 2011 to grant Petsu, LLC d/b/a The Lyme Inn special exceptions to install a new well, replace a concrete pad for trash and recycling containers, and install two air conditioner condensers at 1 Market Street in the Lyme Common District
