ZONING BOARD of ADJUSTMENT AGENDA
May 19th, 2011

The Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on May 19th, 2011at 7:30 PM at the Municipal Office Building at 1 High Street to consider the following items:

1) Accept the minutes from the April 21st, 2011 meeting.
2) David Celone of 6 East Thetford Road (Tax map 201 Lot 67) has applied to the Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment for a special exception under section 8.25 of the zoning ordinance, to add an 80 square foot shed to property

3) R. Brett Ryan owner of 12 and 14 Pleasant St (Tax map 201 Lot 91) has applied to the Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment for 1) A special exception under section 8.11 to for an expansion of use, 2) a special exception under section 8.25 to exceed the maximum building footprint, 3) a variance to replace the two existing dwelling units with a single structure containing both units.

4) Continue the hearing for Petsu, LLC d/b/a The Lyme Inn from the April 21st 2011 meeting.

5) Other new business
        Request for Re-hearing from Petsu, LLC d/b/a The Lyme Inn
