ZONING BOARD of ADJUSTMENT AGENDA
December 16th, 2010
The Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on December 16th, 2010 at 7:30 PM in the Municipal Office Building at 1 High Street to consider the following items:
1) Acceptance of the minutes from November 18th 2010
2) Petsu, LLC, owner of the Lyme Inn (Tax map 201 Lot 11) at 1 Market Street has applied for a variance to sections 5.10 and 5.13 of the Lyme Zoning Ordinance in order to install a new well. The proposed well would be located at the front of the Inn in the road setback area.
