ZONING BOARD of ADJUSTMENT AGENDA

The Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on July 15th at 7:30 PM at the Municipal Office Building at 1 High Street to consider the following items:
1) Approve minutes from Zoning Board meeting of 06/17/2010
2) Haynes & Garthwaite Architects on Behalf of the Lyme Congregational Church have applied for special exceptions under sections 8.23( Expansion into the setbacks) and 8.25 (Exceeding the maximum footprint and lot coverage) and for a Waiver to Accommodate Disability (section 10.62) in order to reconfigure the Side and Rear entrances of the Church.
