LYME ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, December 18, 2008 at 7:30 PM at the Lyme Town Offices in the basement of the Converse Free Library to consider the following items:
- 7:30, Approval of Minutes of November 20, 2008.
- 7:40, Application # 2008-ZB-016, Tyler Rich (Tax Map 421, Lot 18) 50 Old Dorchester Road. Continued hearing on appeal of administrative decision to deny a zoning permit for construction of a house and driveway, request a special exception under Sections 4.64: B, and 8.31, in accordance with Section10.40 of the Zoning Ordinance and/or a variance from the provisions of Section 4.64: B in accordance with Section 10.50 of the zoning ordinance.
