LYME ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
The Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, July 17, 2008 at 7:30 PM at the Lyme Town Offices in the basement of the Converse Free Library to consider the following items:
1. 7:30, Approval of Minutes of June 19 and June 30, 2008.
2. 7:40, Application # 2008-ZB-009, Joan Granlund, (Tax Map 409, Lot 84), Represented by Pathways Consulting, LLC, is requesting a special exception to replace an existing stone driveway culvert with a precast concrete arch bridge within the Wetlands, Shoreland and Flood Prone Area Conservation Districts. The Conservation Commission has provided comments, a site visit by the ZBA has been conducted and a State Wetlands permit is required.
3. 8:20, Application # 2008-ZB-011, Susan Musty, (Tax Map 409, Lot 37) is appealing an administrative decision of the Planning and Zoning Administrator to deny a building permit and requesting a special exception and/or variance from the Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) to construct the following additions to her preexisting non-conforming structure:
a. Construct a 49 square foot addition towards the road within the 75’ setback;
b. Construct a 64 square foot addition towards the skiway side of the property; and
c. Construct a 384 square foot addition towards the Lyme Center side of the property.
4. Other Business.
