7:30 Russell Stearns proposes to replace a shed in a new location at 88 North Thetford Road (Tax Map 404 Lot 47) in the Rural District. This requires a special exception to encroach into the road setback under section 8.22 of the zoning ordinance.
7:50 Brian & Jodie Rich propose to add onto their building at 181 Dorchester Road (Tax Map 409 Lot 16) in the Lyme Center District. This requires a special exception under section 8.25 to exceed the maximum building footprint.
8:10 Lisa Martin and Mark Jensen propose to add a porch to their home at 120 North Thetford Road (Tax Map 404 Lot 43) in the Rural District. This requires a special exception to build within the wetland buffer and exceed the maximum building footprint under sections 8.24 and 8.25 of the zoning ordinance.
