TOWN OF LYME
ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
Lyme Zoning Board of Adjustment will meet on Thursday, October 19, 2006 at 7:30 PM at the Lyme Town Offices to conduct a public hearing on the following case:
7:30 Shaun O’Keefe proposes to move an existing shed and an existing garage out of a drainage area on his property at 45 Acorn Hill Road (Map 409, Lot 22) in the Rural District. The proposed location of the garage is entirely within the road setback. This requires a special exception under section 8.23 of the zoning ordinance.
7:50 Ben Barrowes proposes to build a house and garage on the property of John Beesley at 32 Pelton Lane (Map 401, Lot 27) in the Rural District. He is applying for an administrative appeal to a decision that a special exception to cross the Agricultural Soils Conservation District under 4.64 of the zoning ordinance is needed. He is also applying for the special exception if the administrative appeal is denied as well as a special exception to build within the Hillside and Ridgeline Conservation District under section 4.66.
These requests will be considered under the cited section(s) and any other section(s) found applicable during the hearing.
