Our next meeting will be May 10 at 8:00 in the town offices conference room. The agenda will be to review and finalize a list of priorities for facilities maintenance projects. I would also like us to get guidance from Richard on how the facilities committee might interact with the newly forming capital projects committee. The status of the fire station would be particularly relevant in this context.
