Minutes for December 3, 2007
1. The regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen continued at 4:00 PM on Monday December 3 at the Town Offices. Dick Jones, Simon Carr and Charles Ragan attended the meeting.
2. There was a discussion on the 2008 budget spreadsheet and cover memorandum to be presented to the Budget Committee on Wednesday December 3.
3. At 5:30PM Dick moved and Simon seconded a motion to go into non-public session under the authority of RSA 91-A:3 II(b) – “the hiring of any person as a public employee”. The motion carried by unanimous roll-call vote. Simon Carr, Dick Jones and Charles Ragan attended the non-public session.
4. During the non-public session Dick moved and Charles seconded that the minutes of the non-public session be sealed, which was carried by unanimous roll-call vote. The Board returned to public session at 5:58PM.
5. The meeting adjourned at 6:05PM.
