Minutes for July 20, 2007
1.      The regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen continued at 5:00 PM on Friday July 20 in the Town Offices.  The following attended the entire meeting:  Simon Carr, Dick Jones and Charles Ragan.
2.      The Tullars have 47± acres held under a conservation easement with the State.  They have 3± acres on which they could build but have offered to conserve this.  The board considered the proposed amendment to the conservation easement and reviewed the opinion of town counsel that the town could not expend Conservation Commission monies on land held under easement to the state.  The board voted unanimously to waive Attorney/Client privilege so that this legal opinion may be made available at the Conservation Commission meeting scheduled for Monday July 23.
3.      At 5:05 PM Dick moved and Simon seconded a motion to go into non-public session under the authority of RSA 91-A:3 II(c) – “matters which, if discussed in public, would likely affect adversely the reputation of any person”.  The motion carried by unanimous roll-call vote.  Simon Carr, Dick Jones and Charles Ragan attended the non-public session.
4.      At 5:35 PM the board returned to public session.  Dick moved and Charles seconded that the minutes of the non-public session be sealed.  The motion carried by unanimous roll-call vote.
5.      The meeting adjourned at 5:40 PM
