Minutes
November 15, 2006
The regularly scheduled Board of Selectmen opened at 8:00 am at the Fire Station.
Present: Richard Jones, Charles Ragan, Judy Brotman.
1. The Board approved the November 8 and November 12, 2006 public session minutes.
2. The Board approved the November 8 and November 12, 2006 non-public session minutes (4 sets).
3. The Board voted unanimously to approve a requested Hardship Tax Abatement.
4. The Board approved a request from Dina to put up a chain across the entrance of the parking lot at the tennis courts / beach area until the hockey playing starts.
5. The Board approved and signed the Acceptance Agreement for LETPP Portable Radios with the New Hampshire Department of Safety for Police Chief Pauline Field.
6. The Board continued Budget preparation discussions, including recommending a 4% raise for all Town employees and that no additional overtime would be requested by the Board.
