BOARD OF SELECTMEN
July 22, 2005
MINUTES
Attending: Selectmen Dick Jones, Pete Bleyler and Judy Brotman.
The continued meeting of July 20 opened at 8:00 am.
1. The July 20th Board of Selectmen meeting was recessed to Friday, July 22nd at 8:00 am for an interview with Andrea Colgan, for consideration of appointment to the Lyme Treasurer position. Andrea has not returned from vacation, therefore she was not able to meet with the Selectmen.
2. Pete will meet with Andrea today if possible, Dick and Judy will meet with Andrea next Wednesday at the regularly scheduled Board meeting.
3. The Public Session minutes of July 20th were approved as corrected.
4. The Non-Public Session minutes of July 20 were approved.
5. The Selectmen voted by unanimous roll call vote to go into Non-Public Session under RSA 91-A:3 II (b), the hiring of a public employee; RSA 91-A:3 II (c), matters that would affect someone’s reputation if made public; and RSA 91-A:3 II (e), consideration of law suits filed.
6. The Selectmen returned to Public Session at 8:25 am, having voted to exempt the Non-Public Session minutes from public inspection.
The meeting adjourned at 8:28 am.
