MINUTES
Attending: Selectmen Dick Jones, Pete Bleyler and Judy Brotman; Bookkeeper Dina Cutting.
The Meeting opened at 8:0 5 am.
1. The Selectmen approved the December 15th minutes as corrected.
2. The Selectmen voted unanimously to carry over the remaining funds in the Edgell Bridge Capital Reserve Fund of$12,500, the unexpended funds in the Public Works Facility Fund, and the $1,500 in the Bessie Hall Capital Reserve Fund.
3. Caroline and Scott Steffey appeared before the Selectmen to review the status of the roads in the Bailey Hill and Bear Hill area of town.
4. The Selectmen approved the Memo of Understanding with the Selectmen’s office and the Library Trustees. The annual meeting date has been changed to September (from December).
5. The Selectmen moved unanimously to go into Non-Public Session under 91-A:3 II, to review requests for Hardship Abatements.
6. The Selectmen returned to Public Session, having granted one Hardship Abatement and one Waver of penalties and interest to June 30, 2005.
