MINUTES
Attending: Selectmen Dick Jones, Pete Bleyler, and Judy Brotman. Staff: Carole Bont.
The Meeting opened at 8:0 0 am at the Lyme Center Academy Building.
1. The Selectmen’s only Agenda item was to work on the preparation of their 2005 budget in preparation for the upcoming Budget Committee hearing.
2. The Selectmen voted to recess the meeting to Monday, November 15, at 5:00 pm, at which time the Selectmen will continue working on their 2005 budget.
The meeting recessed at 9:45 am..

Attending: Selectmen Dick Jones and Judy Brotman. Staff: Carole Bont.
The recessed November 10th meeting was opened at 5:30 pm at the Selectmen’s office.
1. The Selectmen approved the contract with the North Country Council Glass Recycling Project.
2. The Selectmen’s only other agenda item was to work on the preparation of their 2005 budget.
3. The Selectmen noted what appeared to be an inappropriate e-mail discussion between Budget Committee members. Judy will remind the Budget Committee members that this type of non-public dialogue is not lawful for public committees.
The meeting recessed at 7:30 pm.
