Minutes 8 October 2003
The Lyme Board of Selectmen convened its regular meeting at 9:00 AM. Allan Newton, Dick Jones, Pete Bleyler, and Carole Bont (Administrative Assistant) attended the entire meeting. Rod Finley (Pathways Consulting) and Bill LaBombard (Sexton) attended parts of the meeting.
Rod Finley came in to discuss making improvements to a Class VI road on Arthur Strout's property along Baker Hill Road. Subject to researching the correct RSA on this topic, the Board intends to approve making improvements on the Class VI road in accordance with applicable law.
Bill LaBombard came in to discuss budget items to be submitted to the Budget Committee.
The Board discusses Patty Jenks' (Town Clerk) memo of September 27, 2003 and resolved issues raised.
The Board agreed to limiting individuals authorized to sign for surplus property to the Emergency Management Coordinator and members of the Board.
The Board agreed to sell a cemetery lot to Doris Stearns Stanhope.
The Board approved Mark Hewes' intent to cut on Map 401, lots 22.1 and 22.2.
The Board approved the land use change tax applications for various properties associated with the current use audit.
The minutes of October 1, 2003 were approved.
The meeting adjourned at 10:50 AM.
