Minutes of Public Hearing and Site Visit 9 July 2003
1) At 9:01 AM the Lyme Board of Selectmen convened a public hearing on the application submitted by Prank Small for "discretionary preservation easements for preserving historic agricultural structures."
2) Selectmen Pete Bleyler, Dick Jones, and Allan Newton attended the entire meeting, which was adjourned at 9:02 because nobody else attended the meeting.
3) At 9:55, following the regular weekly meeting, the Board visited the site. The Board inspected the structure, took photographs, and concluded the visit at 10:35 AM.
