Minutes 17 January 2003
1. The Lyme Board of Selectmen reconvened from its regular meeting of 15 January at 10:08 AM at the Lyme police offices. Allan Newton, Richard Jones, and Michael Hinsley attended the entire meeting. Pauline Field (Police Chief) attended parts of the meeting.
2. Allan moved and Mike seconded a motion to go into non-public session with Pauline under the provisions of RSA 91-A:3 II (c) to conduct her annual performance review. The motion carried unanimously by roll call vote, and the Board entered non-public session at 10:10 AM. The Board returned to public session at 11:25 AM having completed the police chief’s annual performance review.
3. The Board then moved to the Fire Department’s training room to allocate the additional cuts to the Budget Committee’s proposed 2003 budget voted at Wednesday night’s meeting. (Cuts made to the library’s budget were not allocated, but will be allocated by the Library Trustees.)
4. The meeting adjourned at 11:40 AM.
