  • Review and approve the non-public sessions’ minutes October 28th (amended) and November 4th and the regular sessions’ minutes of November 4th and 10th
  • Review and approve the manifest
  • Conservation Easements, Current Use applications, Intent-to-Cut applications, Intent-to-Excavate applications, Land Use Change Tax assessments, Tax Abatement applications, Veterans’ Tax Credit applications and Yield Tax assessments:
  • Tax abatements:  two hardship applications (to be discussed in non-public session)
  • Veterans’ Tax Credit:  Lawrence Butterfield (not currently qualified – not a Lyme resident for at least 1 year)
  • Yield Tax:  Town Forest salvage logging
  • Board, Commission and Committee reports:
  • Anniversary Committee (Simon)
  • Building Maintenance Committee (Simon)

  • Appoint Nancy Snyder to the Library Trustees for a term through March 2011 (until next election)
  • Waive transfer station fees for SCORE winterization projects
  • Discuss proposal for repairs to the second Goose Pond Road bridge over Hewes Brook and River Road over Grant Brook (Fisher Bridge)
  • Discuss not monitoring Furstenburgs’ Town conservation easement (more restrictive conservation now held by the UVLT)

  • Removal of two beaver pipes from Clay Brook
