- Review and approve the minutes October 21st
- Review and approve the manifest
- Conservation Easements, Current Use applications, Intent-to-Cut applications, Intent-to-Excavate applications, Land Use Change Tax assessments, Tax Abatement applications, Veterans’ Tax Credit applications and Yield Tax assessments:
- Yield Tax assessment: Joanne Messineo, map 415 lot 5, $117.09
- Board, Commission and Committee reports:
- Recreation Commission (Dick & Dina)
- Anniversary Committee (Simon)
- Set up and scheduling for General Election
- Update on Post Pond milfoil
- Repairs to Town Offices heating system
- 2012 budget discussion and approval of Selectmen’s recommended operational budget (capital budget to be discussed and recommendation approved next week ?)
- Non-public session under authority of RSA 91-A:3 II(c) “matters which discussed in public, would likely affect adversely the reputation of any person”

- Acceptance of donation from the Lyme Historians for the 250th Anniversary
- Request for the tree on the Common to be donated to Dartmouth for its Christmas Tree on the Hanover Green
- Vacant Board and Committee appointments (ZBA Alternates [Planning Board])
- Clean-up of Dorchester Road “junk yard”
- Repairs to the Goose Pond Road bridge(s) over Hewes Brook and Fisher Bridge
- Removal of two beaver pipes from Clay Brook
