a. Review and approve the Selectboard public hearing and public session minutes of September 4th.
b. Review and approve the Manifest.
c. Current Use applications, Veterans’ Tax Credit, Intent to Cut applications, Land Use Change Tax assessments, Yield Tax assessments and Yield Tax abatements, – None at this time.
d. Appointments to Boards, Committees and Commissions:
i. Sign Paul Mayo’s appointment to Planning Board to March 2009
e. Updates on Committees and Public Meetings:
i. Town Offices Committee
ii. Conservation Commission (wetlands permit application, trail/path to Post Pond-designate committee?)
iii. Transportation – Advance Transit public workshops on 9/22

a. Non-public Session under RSA 91-A:3 II(b) – “the hiring of any person as a public employee” to consider Clerical assistant job applications.

c. Road access Route 10/High Street.
d. Multiple Ownership assessing and notification policy.
