8:00 a.m: Public hearing for consideration of adoption of Emergency Management Ordinance.

9:00am:  Upper Valley Regional Planning Commission-Christine Walker.
2.      Administrative matters:
a.      Review and approve the Public Session minutes of May 15th.
b.      Review and approve the manifest.
c.      Intent to Cut applications
i.      Blake & Nancy Allison   Map 407 Lot 73  Storm Damage
ii.     Dwight Lahr                     Map 201 Lot 134
d.      Appointments to Boards, Committees and Commissions:
i.      Ben Kilham:  Alternate to Planning Board to 2011
e.      Veterans’ Tax Credit applications, , Current Use application, Land Use Change Tax assessments, Yield Tax assessments and Yield Tax abatements, – None at this time.
f.      Review and approve/disapprove Ladies’ Tennis at Post Pond.
g.      Approve sale of Cemetery Lots:

4.      New Business
a.      Fall GIS training course for Francesca.
b.      Non-public session under the authority of RSA 91-A:3 II(c) – “matters which, if discussed in public, would likely affect adversely the reputation of any person” to discuss several personnel issues.

b.      Correcting of safety issues with the swings at the Academy building.
c.      Resolution of boundary line between Town forest and Walter Young’s property (Carole’s October 4, 2005 email).
