a.      Review and approve the Public and non-public Session minutes of April 10th.

d.      Elderly Exemption: Janet Baker Smith Map 414 Lot 37
e.      Current Use application: Allan & Shirley Waterbury, Map 408 Lot 67, 0.69 Acres.
f.      Appointments to Boards, Committees and Commissions, Intent to Cut applications, Land Use Change Tax assessments, Yield Tax assessments and Yield Tax abatements – None at this time.

3.      Ongoing Business:
a.      Consider 85 DCH application for extension of cable in to Southern area of town.  See RSA 53-C for applicable regulations.
b.      Review discussion draft of letter regarding Transfer Station/Charity Operation status.
4.      New Business
a.      Review and sign David and Karen Keane tax form referencing conservation easement transfer.
b.      Discuss office computer situation and requests for additional email addresses.
c.      Road access Route 10/High Street.
d.      Non-public session under the authority of RSA 91-A:3 II(c) – “matters which, if discussed in public, would likely affect adversely the reputation of any person” for consideration of property tax abatement

5.      Pending Items:
a.      Bargain Barn and transfer station issues.
b.      Pushee/Coyle boundary dispute.
c.      Review and approve “Agreement” with Crossroads Academy on use of the Shoestrap Road playing field.  Pending receipt of Crossroads’ comments.
d.      Keane easement – “scrivener’s error” and corrective deed.
e.      Review and approval of the revision of “Emergency Preparedness Plan”.
f.      Correcting of safety issues with the swings at the Academy building.
g.      Revise Recreation By-Law: address boat launch issues.
h.      Resolution of boundary line between Town forest and Walter Young’s property (Carole’s October 4, 2005 email).
