Present: Dina Cutting, Simon Carr, Kerry Beck, Kathleen Henriques
Meeting was called to order at 7:00PM
1. Steve Small was planning to talk to Paul Killebrew about the renovation of the Tennis courts’ surface.
2. Steve was also planning to talk to the Athletics Direct at Crossroads Academy, regarding sharing of facilities.
3. Steve Dayno had given a series of tennis coaching classes and wished to continue this next year. He also wanted to talk to the Rec. Commission, at some time, about other ideas he had for recreation coaching.
4. The beaver dam and its impact on Chase Beach and the ball field was discussed. The Capital Improvement Program was being re-written and we should be pushing to have the ball field drainage and beach improvements included in that.
