· Cathy reports Doug Vogt resignation from Commission, she will forward his letter of resignation to Selectman
· Steve presented January 2005 report: skiing program is running smoothly, basketball program has had difficulty finding coaches, basketball program also reports some difficulty with new backboards that were purchased, the spring in one of the boards is in the process of being replaced
· Recent transport question/issue has been resolved by having transporters receive signed permission forms from parents
· Rock Climbing is beginning to look for a Commissioner, information included in Spring sign ups (going out by the start of March); Climbing will again be at The Wall in Quechee, VT
· No changes to the basketball sign up and implementation process
· Little League; Cathy attended Connecticut Valley Little League pre-season meeting; it is important to confirm players as early as possible; consensus is that Lyme will attempt to form a 5th-6th grade Little League team (Major Team) and a 3rd-4th grade Little League team (Minor Team)
· Question of 7th-8th grade baseball was discussed; do not currently appear to have higher enough numbers to form a team at this level; alternatives will need to be researched; Steve agreed to research options and forward to Commission
· Lacrosse; will again be offered as a development program; all ages and co-ed
· Recent YOGA class proposal was dropped
· Lights are up at Post Pond parking lot illuminating parking lot skating area
· New grills are up at Post Pond
