PLANNING BOARD AGENDA

The Lyme Planning Board will meet on June 23rd, 2011 at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Offices at 1 High Street to consider the following items:
Item 1: 7:00 pm Re-hearing of Site Plan Review Lyme Inn (Tax Map 201 Lot 11) Items in the proposal include 1) Drill a new well along the edge of the parking area, 2) Remove an 8’ X 12’ concrete pad for trash and recycling containers and build a new 8’ X 14’ it at the rear of the property 3) The addition of two air conditioner condensers adjacent to the Inn building on the Dorchester Road 4) change the approved operating hours.
Item 2: 7:35 pm of Dowd’s Inn has applied to the Lyme Planning Board for a Site Plan Review for a proposed expansion of the Dowd’s Inn, located at 9 main street Tax map 201 Lot 75. The proposal includes building a 38’X50’ addition, to the existing inn for a tavern with seating for 68 in the dining area and 20 in a bar area as well as seating in a deck area. The new tavern will be open to the public and offer food and beverage to guests at the inn.
Item 3: 8:05 pm Loch Lyme Lodge has submitted an application for Major Subdivision for the purpose of defining the total lots that could be created using a conventional subdivision of the Loch Lyme Lodge property (Tax map 408 Lots 22). The purpose of the subdivision plan is to determine the number of lots available in order to satisfy Section 5.11.D(2), The number of lots available for a Lot Size Averaging subdivision.
Item 4: 8:35 pm Continuation of Woodard Lot Line Adjustment. (Tax map 410 Lots 46.1 & 46.2)
