PLANNING BOARD AGENDA
August 13th 2009
The Lyme Planning Board will meet on August 13th 2009 at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Building at 1 High Street to consider the following items:
Item 1) Accept the minutes from July 23rd 2009
Item 2) Harold Keiling has proposed to build a small fire pond, less than 1 acre in size on his property at 70 Franklin Hill Rd. (Map 408 Lot 73) The proposed location of the pond is within the Agricultural Soils Conservation District. Section 4.64.A.8 of the Lyme Zoning Ordinance allows for fire ponds of less then one acre if approved by the planning Board.
Item 3) Sno-matic Controls and Engineering and the Dartmouth Skiway have requested a Site Plan Review for improvements to the snow making system at the Skiway. The proposed project includes the replacement and relocation of existing pipelines and the installation of new lines and 3 valve houses. Plans for this project are available at the town offices for public review.
